Rental Details:

To reserve, 50% of the rental rate is required plus a 20% security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded at the time of checkout when final payment is made.

Full refunds will be made with 45 days or more notice less $50 for transactions made with PayPal or Credit cards.  Less than 45 days notice and you will receive 50% of the rental deposit plus the full security deposit.
