TheBeachShack at Sundancer is available for rental between December 01- February 28 (see calendar below).  
Maximum of 8 guests.

Weekly rate $750/ US

Upper unit 4A ("A" units are Above/ Upper)features 2 bedrooms, a loft and a bathroom.  It also has a full kitchen, nice size living room and a private deck.  Unlike other units, Unit 4A is surrounded by the most beautiful gardens at the resort yet is one of the few buildings that is a just a few steps (about 75) from the beach(use Google Earth measuring tools to check for yourself) and has some ocean views depending on the growth of the trees.

24 hour on-site security. Taxi service, taxis pass in front of the Blue Parrot every few minutes.   Laundry and maid service on request. Airport shuttle on arrival and departure.

Rental Details:
To reserve, 50% of the rental rate is required plus a 20% security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded at the time of checkout when final payment is made.

Full refunds will be made with 90 days or more notice less $50 for transactions made with PayPal or Credit cards.  Less than 90 days notice and you will receive 50% of the rental deposit plus the full security deposit.
